Early risk flags, reviewed by people.
What gets flagged, the thresholds behind each flag, and the review workflow that makes sure a person reads every flag before anything happens.

Three kinds of flag, each with a plain reason.
- Crop stress
- Health falls well below the same crop in the village, for more than one clear pass
- Flooding
- Standing water detected on the parcel, from optical or radar imagery
- Sowing gap
- No crop signal 30 to 40 days after the declared sowing date
Each flag carries its reason in one sentence, the imagery dates behind it, and its confidence.
Thresholds are relative, so a bad year doesn't flag everyone.
A drought hits the whole village. Flagging every parcel would bury the ones that are truly falling behind. So stress is measured against the same crop, the same village and the same week.
- Two consecutive clear passes below the band before a stress flag
- Rainfall data attached so reviewers see dry days at a glance
- Thresholds tuned per lender during onboarding
Every flag is reviewed by a person before action.
No flag sends a message to a farmer. No flag changes a loan. A credit officer reads it first.
- 1.Flag appears in the branch review queue
- 2.Officer checks imagery, rainfall and past visits
- 3.Officer marks it: dismiss, watch, or act
- 4.If act: a visit is added to the field officer's list

What happens next is support.
Flags exist so a lender can help while help still works. The actions available after review reflect that.
- A field officer visit to understand what happened
- Agronomy advice through the FPO or the local Krishi Vigyan Kendra
- Help filing a crop insurance claim within the deadline
- An early conversation about rescheduling, before the loan is overdue
Flags are never used for coercive recovery.
