Terms of Service

These terms apply to institutions that create an account and use the service, including banks, NBFCs, farmer producer organizations and cooperatives (“you”). By creating an account you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of your institution. A signed order form or master agreement, where one exists, takes precedence over these terms.

The service provides, according to your plan:

• Satellite crop health estimates for financed parcels
• Harvest-linked repayment reminder scheduling
• Early risk flags with a review queue
• A field officer app for visits, photos and notes
• Portfolio views, reports and data access by API or file transfer

You must record each farmer's informed consent before enrolling their parcel for monitoring, in a language the farmer understands, and keep that record for the life of the loan. You must stop monitoring a parcel when consent is withdrawn. Parcels without recorded consent must not be uploaded.

Crop health values, harvest windows and risk flags are estimates based on satellite imagery and public data. They can be affected by cloud cover, parcel size, intercropping and boundary accuracy. They support, and do not replace, your own credit assessment.

All lending, restructuring and collection decisions remain yours, and must be reviewed by your staff before action.

You agree that outputs of the service will be used for early support of borrowers and not for coercive recovery. In particular, you will not use the service to:

• Send threatening or shaming messages to farmers or their families
• Time collection visits to pressure farmers during crop distress
• Share parcel data or flags with recovery agents beyond what the law and your regulator allow

We may suspend access where we have reasonable grounds to believe the service is being used in breach of this section.

You are responsible for the users you invite, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for removing access when staff leave or change roles. Tell us promptly through the contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.

Fees are charged per financed parcel per season at the rate for your plan, as shown on the pricing page or in your order form. Invoices are raised in Indian rupees at the start of each season, plus applicable taxes, and are payable within 30 days.

Parcels without recorded consent are not billed. Messages beyond the included allowance and voice calls are billed at cost.

You own the loan and farmer data you provide. We process it only to provide the service and as described in the Privacy Policy. At the end of a loan relationship, or when you close your account, we delete farmer and parcel data on the timeline agreed with you and confirm deletion in writing. You can export your data at any time before deletion.

We aim to keep the service available at all times outside planned maintenance, which we announce in advance. Satellite revisit times and cloud cover are outside our control, so the frequency of new estimates can vary by season and region.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lending or collection decisions made using the service. Our total liability in any season is limited to the fees you paid for that season.

Either side may end the service at the close of a season with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend access immediately for serious breach of the consent or fair-use sections. Fees already paid for a running season are not refunded, except where we end the service without cause.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Maharashtra.
