What counts as a parcel?
One land parcel linked to one active farm loan for the season. A farmer with two parcels on one loan counts as two parcels.
What is a season?
Kharif (June to November) or Rabi (November to April). Perennial crops such as sugarcane are billed once per Kharif and once per Rabi season.
Are SMS costs included?
Up to four reminder messages per parcel per season are included. Voice calls and extra messages are billed at cost through your approved sender ID.
Do you charge for parcels without consent?
No. Parcels without recorded farmer consent are not monitored and not billed.
Can we pay in rupees?
Yes. Prices are shown in US dollars for reference and invoiced in Indian rupees at the rate on the contract date, plus GST.
